Believers in The Future of NFTs: The Club Guild invests $3 million USDC in purchasing Star Atlas ships

While the market is busy stomaching BTC’s correction, members of ‘The Club’ guild are working hard and we have plenty of good news which we’re excited to share with you.

And our biggest announcement is that we have managed to double the previous record regarding NFT-game purchase costs. The $3 million USDC purchase shows that we are believers in the fast maturing of NFT-games and Play-To-Earn (P2E) space, as well as their prospects and the possibilities they open for members of The Club Guild. As for the details and other news highlights:

Star Atlas Commander Ship, Pearce C11

• Our discord member count has now exceeded 1000 members! To celebrate this milestone and to give back to our community for their support, we delivered an Opal Jetjet NFT ship to one verified member so they can fly in style across the metaverse.
• We have created the Ambassador role in Discord to reward select members who have contributed much of their time and knowledge to The Club Guild and Star Atlas community. Our Ambassadors may speak on behalf of The Club and deliver our mission statement to the wider community and their member countries.
• Our referral rewards program continues to be very successful, offering the chance for members to earn Star Atlas NFTs by referring new members with the largest Star Atlas asset holdings. This is running until Dec 31st, with a snapshot taken 00:00 1st Jan 2022. Many new members have been referred through this program and the leaderboard is constantly changing!
• Jeeves, our guild bot can now privately list individual members’ assets and value which is a very useful, time saving tool. With just a simple command, a summary print out of their Star Atlas assets holdings, NFTs, ATLAS / POLIS tokens and their value is presented.
• We recently completed a Twitter reward competition to engage the community, recruit members and provide the chance to win a Pearce X4 ship NFT.
• We have launched our Star Atlas Metaverse Explorer app, which is a very powerful tool that provides a detailed look into the Star Atlas Ecosystem. We have made this available to everyone and it has received a lot of positive feedback from users. We encourage you to take a look!
• To really show our commitment to the Metaverse and our belief in the future of NFT Gaming, in particular of Star Atlas, we have announced a major, $3 Million USDC purchase of NFT ships directly from Star Atlas. Detailed in a Bloomberg Press Release The previous record belonged to the Axie Infinity game, where nine “lands” were sold for $1.5 million earlier this year. Great news for our guild members, Star Atlas and the P2E community.
• Thanks to The Club’s purchase of such a large amount of assets, they can now be distributed more evenly between the three Star Atlas factions, MUD, USTUR and ONI. Which means no matter what faction a member prefers, they will be able to select that faction and still enjoy the benefits of being a member of The Club Guild.
• This investment also provides a large fleet of ships which enables us to deliver our future, planned scholarship programs.
• The funding provides a direct contribution to the Star Atlas game development and avoids unwanted market fluctuations that would otherwise be inevitable.
• This is truly a historic moment for The Club Guild and the NFT gaming space in general, one that aims to secure The Club’s future in the metaverse.
• The Club Guild has also partnered with Big Time, a multiplayer action RPG, NFT game with an all star team, to further reinforce our commitment to the Metaverse.
