The Clubhouse Writing Submission

The Clubhouse has been a great place to compile news and updates related to Magic Mushroom Clubhouse. It is an easy read and can keep people aware of what is going on within the project. This is why we want to expand!
We are currently looking for people who enjoy writing and being apart of the MMC community. We have been doing weekly-ish newsletters to compile all relevant news, but believe community members all enjoy Magic Mushroom Clubhouse for different reasons. This is why we think it would be great to have dedicated newsletters for different aspects of the project!
These could include:
- Shroom Tank Recaps
- Zen Den or other channel highlights
- AMA Recaps
- NFT Help/Guides
Or really anything about Magic Mushroom Clubhouse you enjoy!
Submission Requirements
Anyone that is interested in being a writer for The Clubhouse needs to fill out the attached form. Here are a few things to keep in mind when submitting:
- You will need to create a Medium account (it is free to create an account and write). This will make sure you are recognized for the articles you submit and the posts will also be viewable on your page. If you want to write small sections for a larger newsletter we can have that conversation too!
- I will be reviewing submitted articles and editing where I see fit. I want to keep the submissions as original as possible, but will read through and make sure there aren’t any grammatical or spelling errors. Please make sure to have proof read your own work so I don’t have to change a lot of your writing.
- Fill out the whole form accurately and honestly. There is a question regarding experience so please be truthful. Even if you do not have writing experience, I will consider having you a part of the team!
- When stating what you want to write about, make sure you are committed to this topic and follow it closely! Ideally, we would have an article for each topic every week. You can request writing about more than one topic, but understand the time commitment.
- Compensation can be discussed down the road, but I want to attract people who are passionate about MMC and writing in general. The Clubhouse will also be a great way to build credibility and a following.
The main requirement is that you would enjoy the topic you choose. I found writing about NFTs forced me to learn and I gained value from seeing what I produced out in the internet. Once we have a few writers on the team we will make a designated discord role and we will be in close contact.
