In my last post, I wrote extensively about various polyphasic sleep patterns, each with different numbers of sleep segments and durations.

Polyphasic sleep, which involves sleeping multiple times throughout the day instead of one long stretch at night, is a topic of interest for those exploring alternative sleep schedules.

You can’t achieve much by sticking to a monophasic sleep pattern.

To be more productive, we need to manage our sleep patterns better. However, controlling your sleep isn’t simple, as it challenges your circadian rhythm. If you’ve studied biology, you understand how crucial your circadian rhythm is for regulating daily life.

This quest to learn about different sleep patterns all started when I casually read a random book from a local library about sleep.

As I learn more about the Uberman’s sleep pattern, I am finding it increasingly interesting and want to conduct some research on it. I’ve also done some calculations on my own.
