Habitually Positive Self-talk
My coaching group started our positive self-talk module this week. 20 exercises, done together, over the next four weeks. Lot of negativity in the air — good to not direct it at yourself.
I’m a late comer to positivity. For a long time I was a positivity skeptic even.
Sometimes overly positive people struck me as desperate, like they could crack and melt if they ever had to confront bad news.
However, negativity is a drain, it makes you anxious, closes your ability to see opportunity. In a lot of cases, it drives people away…
