Ride a bike at 90…

I’m noticing a lot of older role models who are vey fit and wondering what they were doing at my age.

It reminds me of my friend Buster Benson’s goal to ride a bike at 90. The implications there are: to still be alive, to still have enough cognition to remember this goal, to be physically capable.

So, for example, here is a woman in her 90s doing Zumba:
