This is a quote from the book, Dune. But it’s also a current trend.

Personally, I’m completely over algorithmic feeds where Facebook’s AI tells me which posts to read. Same on Twitter. Same on Medium. It’s dehumanizing to lose the context of why I’m reading something.

You’d think automation could do that for you, but in practice it doesn’t.
