codebar and FT go gold!
The FT, one of the world’s leading news organisations, have been huge supporters of codebar for many years, first hosting one of our workshops all the way back in 2016. And now, we are so excited to reveal that we are deepening our partnership by welcoming them as a Gold sponsor!
What does this mean?
A gold sponsor means that we are collaborating for 12 months. We will be working together on several one-off events for the community (both in-person and virtual), they will host several workshops for our London chapter, we will be sharing FT career opportunities, and they will be taking part in our virtual job fair on Monday 12th June.

What’s next?
The FT’s next workshop is going to be hosted at Bracken House on July 5th, so if you are a codebar coach or student, keep an eye on the codebar website for that announcement. We’re ideally going to be running the first of our one-off events in the next couple of months and will share news of that on our website and socials. And they will be part of our job fair on 12th June so make sure you come along to hear all about career opportunities at the FT.
