Previously on “Rolling Suitcase Jihad”: An unexplained illness begins to beset the entire planet; the suitcases are at a loss, there is nothing in their fund of information that can explain the deaths that are threatening to mount; but in Bangladesh a cause is discovered; when the suitcases learn the details, they are able to develop a cure; Oscar contracts the illness and is cured.

Four months later
It had been four months since the illness scare. The key elements of the Jihad had been in place more than a year. The suitcases were content with their lives in the Candela Penthouse. A new world was emerging.
Many things were now being realized.
Among them, the silliness involved in seeing population as a problem. The option of living in a cybercommunity was proving universally desireable.
