I used to be a person.
With flesh and bones,
and blood and feelings.

The feelings just glide now,
like the stale air
in abandoned homes.
The flesh and bones
are withering away,
tired of fighting
with the ghosts from your past.
It's just blood now.
Then again, red IS your favorite colour.
