  1. What a pity that Tsipras and the Greeks never learned the Pres. Coolidge quote:

‘There is no dignity quite so impressive, and no independence quite so important, as living within your means.’

2. Pascal ( 17th Cent. French philosopher, mathematician and physicist formulated a statement regarding belief/non-belief in God based on probability and game theory. It is known as Pascal’s Wager.

Its update should be urgently applied now, in the 21st Cent. to belief/non-belief in Iran’s honest intentions under the proposed nuclear treaty:

It’s far better to doubt Iran’s sincerity, to assume they will cheat in the proposed nuclear treaty AND BE WRONG, than to assume their good faith (like Pres. Obama), to stop nuclear bomb research and permit all inspections unhindered, AND BE WRONG.’
