To Mom, From Millennial (FREE Template for Mother’s Day Card)

Dear Mom,

Happy Mother’s Day! Thank you for supporting me in my lifelong dream of becoming a ________ and letting me move back home again for ________. I wouldn’t be the hard-working, conscientious person I am today without your encouragement and support.

Thank you for not changing a thing in my childhood bedroom now that I’ve moved out again. I promise I’ll get rid of a few of those boxes next time I’m in town. I even give you permission to rent it out on Airbnb. Please ask the guests not to touch my ___________ collection.

Thank you for listening to my annoying political rants in support of ____________and liking (most of) my posts. I did notice that you didn’t like my Facebook post about _______ on ________ and was wondering if there was any reason in particular. Don’t worry about it, though. I’m sure you were just busy.

I always love spending time with you and the rest of our family, _________________, whether we’re binge watching ______________ or _______________ or even doing something else entirely. On a related note, thank you for letting me use your Netflix login.

I hope you like the present I’m sending with this card. I remembered how excited you were by the pasta glued to cardboard when I was in preschool so that’s what I made for you, except now it’s quinoa pasta, because as you know, I avoid all _________. That stuff will kill you — you know that, right? Just checking.

Also, I’m so sorry that this card is late by __ days. I thought the tiny dot in iCal on May 8th was for the _____ season premiere on HBO (apparently I was off on that one too).

Looking forward to our next catch up session over ________.

Love,

_____________
