- I know this is your first day and some things might seem strange, but I expect nothing but professionalism from you.

- And you shall have it.

- Very well, then. First case… So, it’s conclusive?

- Absolutely.

- He committed the crimes?

- He most certainly did.

- Four murders. What is the sentence on that?

- Twenty years per murder, so eighty years.

- Excellent, I’ll fill in the paperwork… How long ago was this?

- A hundred and thirty-five years ago.

- And when and how did he die?

- Shortly after; lung cancer; otherwise, I’m pretty sure he’d keep on killing.

- That’s irrelevant. Very well. So what are our options?

- Approximately forty minutes before his death he was alone in his hospital room.

- So we can extract him and put him back without anyone noticing?

- We most certainly can.

- Alright, then. Set up a team and let the facility know he’s coming in for an eighty-year stay.

- And after eighty years we put him back?

- We certainly shall. Back in his hospital bed, yes.

- You were right… It does feel strange…

- Well, now you know why some people look so tired when they’re about to die.
