CHALLENGE

After lots of user research HireVue decided it could use a lot of its current technology to create a training/coaching application primarily directed at sales teams. We needed to branch off and make more directed decisions for this certain user/archetype. With this we completely redesigned and built the iPad evaluator app.

I was the lead designer working closely with our team of developers. I led the process through wireframes (iPad) and testing all the way through final development. I designed the interactions and visual styles, oversaw and did user testing, and prototyped certain micro interactions and transitions.

Having a dashboard to quickly see who has completed training for you to evaluate was vital. This was a major shift from what the company had set up before.
The need to have a great search was very important and needed to be global.
