Many are wondering if the teen will be tried as an adult for the murder of 13-year-old Tristyn Bailey who he stabbed 114 times. Around the 11th hour, just before jury selection was set to start in the case of the State of Florida vs. Aiden Fucci the now 16-year-old pleaded guilty to murdering the 13-year-old Tristyn Bailey back in 2021.

The motive of this murder was never clearly there. Several of Aiden’s friends told the media and detectives that Aidan Fucci was obsessed with knives and told his friends that he wanted to experience killing someone.

On the night of the murder, Aidan and Tristyn were seen walking together to their neighborhood around 1 am on May 9th of 2021 after visiting a friend. Fucci was 14 at the time and Bailey was 13. That night the teen went missing and was found to have been stabbed to death the next day.

How Much Time Will Aiden Fucci Get?

Fucci has pleaded guilty to the charge of first-degree murder. In the state of Florida, this means a minimum of 40 years to life in prison.
