Guidelines for Submissions
We are looking for writers!
Interested in contributing to The Comma? Awesome! As you can see we specialize in all things Akron! We are by no means a Devil Strip, but focusing on some of the same thing, but mostly the amazing writers in Akron, especially the emerging #ThePoetryCapitaloftheMidwest! So if you are from Akron, live in Akron, or love Akron, climb on board! Pick a category that you are interested in, write, and submit! Very few rules.
Few Rules:
- We would like to keep everything positive. Unless its poetry, because, well, poetry. No bashing, racism, sexism, or any other type of ism. It will be banned, blocked, and washed away (i.e. deleted).
- Please include at least one photo for your articles, as it helps with the format of the main page. Photos must be yours, or used and cited correctly to the owner. ‘Kay, thanks!
- Feel free to include hyperlinks to cite sources or your own sites and other works.
- Have fun and explore your voice!
