Is a Writer without a Reader, a Writer?

Or is she/he/them a journaler?

Mamma Mia! It’s week nineteen of our 2024 reading community. For some it’s the last week of classes, unless you’re teaching the summer session like I am than it’s just one long unfurling wave.

Other Good News: Nevena is back to share her gifts. I also fished Antonio off the North Shore.

Please let me know if anyone needs a break. And, if you know any writers who would like to join us.

I hope you enjoyed last week’s reading list. We all have a lot to say, and I truly believe reading groups are a great source of listening and community building. I hope you are all still in, as we are the real backbone and engine of this platform.

We will do something differently this time to help us grow as writers. After reading the piece answer the question: Why is this piece important?

Thank you, as always, for being part of this community of like-minded readers. If you are OVER IT, please let me know. If there is someone not reciprocating, please let me know. And . . . please let me know if you have a particular story you would like to share. I know. It’s annoying when someone says they are reading, and there is no evidence of it. Speak up.
