Don’t label yourself, dear. Don’t keep on defining yourself because you are not meant to be just one thing.

You are limitless. You are ever-changing. You are and then you are not and then you will be.

You may be sad today but you are not a sad person.

You may have anxiety but you are not your anxiety.

The person you are right now, the feelings and thoughts you are experiencing right this moment, is also you. But you are not confined into the person you are right now. You are a mixture of your past, your regrets, the decisions you made, the decisions you are making and the decisions yet to be made. You are who you are in the future — uncertain of who you will be but still you.

Don’t be so caught up in people’s versions of you. They don’t know what it takes to be you, to feel like you, to think like you, to love like you.

Remember that you don’t have to stay as one thing. You can always change. Don’t be afraid to take that step, to reinvent yourself.

You are way too complex for any of these, dear. You are not made to be contained in a box. You are born to explore every version of who you could be.
