Ingredients
- 3 roughly chopped potatoes about 2 inch cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- Ground Pepper as required
- Salt as required
- Chopped chives or greens for garnish
Method
- Thoroughly wash and pat dry the potatoes.
- Preheat the air-fryer at 180°C (356°F).
- Line your air fryer basket with a baking sheet
- Pop in the chopped potatoes, oil olive and give it a good mix. Do not over crowd the basket.
- Air Fry for 15 minutes at 180°C ( 356°F) giving it a good shake after 8 minutes.
- When done, sprinkle salt and pepper, garnish with some greens and serve hot with any sauce or dip of your choice!!
