This Chocolate Nutella Soufflé recipe is an irresistible sweet treat made and served in individual ramekins. To prepare, combine the dry and wet ingredients in each ramekin, add a dollop of Nutella in the center and gently cook on the stovetop in a water bath for 15 minutes! You will be amazed at how easy this dessert is to put together, and the results are impressive! Accompanied by a hot coffee or tea, served with a fresh-sliced strawberry and a dusting of powdered sugar on top, this soft chocolate soufflé in a decadent Nutella filling is a dessert your whole family will enjoy!

Yields: 1 serving

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons organic cacao

1 tablespoon sugar

¾ teaspoon baking soda

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

3 tablespoons milk

1 tablespoon Nutella

Instructions:

  1. In a ramekin, combine flour, cacao, sugar, and baking soda and mix well.
