Date Biscuit Rolls!!

I love these biscuits; they are easy to make. I like dates when combined with biscuits. They are healthy, homemade, and easy to prepare. These date rolls only require 3 ingredients. These 3 ingredients are mostly available at home.

Let's dive into the recipe.

Ingredients:

Butter — 1/2 cup

Dates — 1 & 1/2 cup (deseeded)

Marie biscuit — 12 (crushed) Or Digestive 12 (crushed) I used digestives.

Method:

Take a pan, add butter, let it melt a bit, then add the deseeded dates. Now add the crushed digestive biscuits. Combine well. Take it out on a plate. Let it cool for 2 — 3 mins and then make a roll. Cover it tightly in foil paper, pack it.

Refrigerate for 2–3 hours.

Take it out, cut it into slices. Garnish with some sesame seeds.
