Give This Golden Sleep Potion A Try

All you need are 5 minutes and 5 ingredients. It doesn’t get easier than that!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Almond Milk
  • Cinnamon Stick or a pinch of Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • Pinch of Black Pepper

Instructions:

Set pot on medium heat and add two cups of almond milk.
