Oranges:

  • It is anti-inflammatory.
  • It is high in fiber, keeps your bowel healthy.
  • It's a high source of calcium.
  • It makes it easier to absorb iron to fight anemia.
  • Protects your cells from damage.
  • It is a great for pregnant women, natural way to consume vitamin B.
  • Its boosts the immune system, body’s defense against germs.
  • Great source of Vitamin C.

Ingredients:

2 Oranges

2 Guava (deseeded and peeled)

2 tsp. Honey

Method:

Put the Oranges, Guava, and honey; add a little bit of cold water or ice would do too. Just blend them according to your requirement.

Ready to serve!!
