Who doesn’t like brownies and that too guilt-free!!!
These brownies only consist of 220 calories! If you are on a specific diet plan or on a calorie deficit, you can enjoy them guilt-free.
Recipe Serves: 2
- 1/3 cup oats
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 whole banana
- pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup milk
- Chopped hazelnuts or walnuts to top
- Chocolate Chips
- Colored Sprinkles
Grind the Oats and Cocoa Powder. In a blender, add the grinded oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, bananas, and salt. Pour the mixture into a baking tray, greased with oil. Add the topping on it. Bake at 180C/350 F for about 18 minutes to 20 minutes. (the procedure is explained in the video thoroughly)
Guilt-free brownies ready to be served. This recipe is also suitable for diabetic patients. These brownies are eggless, oilless, and butterless!!
