Oats Fruit Bowl!
Adding fruits to your diet for breakfast helps you improve your health. Fruits can provide you with antioxidants that help you in weight loss, preventing diabetes, improving heart health, and keeping inflammation away. Fruits are the easiest for our bodies to digest.
Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth. They are a gluten-free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants. Studies show that oats and oatmeal have many health benefits. These include weight loss, lower blood sugar levels, and a reduced risk of heart disease.
Adding fruits and nuts to your oatmeal will boost the fiber in food and will keep you fuller throughout the day.
Ingredients:
3 -4 tbsp. Oats
5 tbsp. Milk
4 figs
1 kiwi
Half Pomegranate
1 Apple
Few chocolate chips
Handful walnuts & almonds
Handful Black Raisins
Method:
Put the oats in an airtight container with milk and figs. Or at least for 12 hours.
In the morning take a bowl transfer the overnight oats in the bowl, put some kiwi, pomegranate, and apple on it. decorate it with chocolate chips, walnuts, almonds, and black raisins.
Make sure you decorate it well.
Food tastes much better when it looks good to the eyes.
