Savory Oat Wraps!
This is perfect for a power pack healthy meal. Can be eaten as breakfast, brunch or lunch. You can even change the fillings according to your preference.
Ingredients
For Wraps batter:
12 Tbsp. Oats
1 stick of Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 egg
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
Water as required.
Milk as required.
For Fillings (1):
Boiled Egg
Cucumber
A little bit of salt
For Fillings (2):
Steamed shredded chicken mixed like a spread with butter or mayonnaise (according to your preference)
Cabbage sautéed.
Bell pepper sautéed.
Onion sautéed.
All mixed together with salt and pepper.
Mutual Ingredients:
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Method for Pancakes:
Take oats, one stick, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and black pepper, grind them. Make a powder of it. Now add egg, milk, and water and mix. Make sure the mixture is not very runny. Make crepes do not make them very thick or very thin.
Keep them on a plate; you can have two types of fillings.
For filling one, you can add an egg and a cucumber in the wrap.
For filling two, you can add chicken and sautéed vegetables with cucumbers to it.
Wrap them, ready to serve!!
You can have them as a breakfast meal, snack, or early dinner.
