There’s much to love about this juice. Here are just a few of the benefits you’ll take away from this nutrient-packed pick-me-up. It’s energizing, purifying, and refreshing nourishment for your skin.

Green apples: Rich in vitamins and antioxidants, including vitamin C, which is excellent for your skin

Cucumbers: Promotes hydration and is full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants

Lemons: Lemons are high in Vitamin C and contribute to the health and purification of skin

Ginger: Great for digestion, migraines, skin, and nausea

Mint: Has antibacterial properties, hydrates and tones the skin, and is also stress-reducing
