Spinach Stuffed Chicken!

This recipe is great if you are on Keto. Or on a calorie deficit diet. This is a complete meal. You can eat it for lunch or dinner, whenever you like.

Ingredients:

2 Chicken Breasts

2 Cups Spinach

1 cup Green Bell Peppers

1/2 Cup Chopped Mushrooms

1 Clove Garlic

1 Spoon Low Fat Cheese

1 tsp Black Pepper

1/2 tsp White Pepper

Salt to taste

1 tsp Olive Oil

Method:

Take a pan, add olive oil, then add chopped garlic sauté. Add the spinach, green bell peppers, mushrooms, and spices. Mix it well. In the end, add the cheese. Now mix it.

Take the chicken break, cut it and make a pocket. Add the spinach mixture to it. And close it with a toothpick so it does not open while cooking.

Take a non-stick pan. Grease it with oil. Put the stuffed chicken in it and cover. Let it fry for about 15 to 20 mins on a very low flame on each side.

Once cooked well. Ready to be served.
