I call it star omelet because the veggies and their arrangement look like a star. Also for me, it's my ultimate high proteins breakfast I eat on no-carb days. It is loaded with non-starchy veggies. It keeps you full for a long time.

Method:

Break two eggs in a bowl add salt, pepper, chopped olives, mushrooms, onions, coriander beat them well.

Take a pan, add some oil, put the sliced pepper in it, put tomato strips on it and pepperoni let it be warm add the egg mixture on it! Let it cook on low flame. you may add shredded cheddar cheese cover it for a while if you feel like it. If there is no cheese turn the omelet and let it cook for 3 mins. take it out on a plate and serve it. Keep the pepperoni and peppers side on top to get the star look. :).

This is my most consumed breakfast!! Easiest of all and full of taste!!
