- 2 1/2 tsp chilli powder

- 1/8 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
- 1/2 tsp dried ginger (soon)
- 1/2 powdered sugar
- 1 tsp black salt
- salt to taste
Preparation Method — To make the peri peri masala
1. To make the peri peri masala, mix the oregano and chili fires in the clay (khalbhatta) and sprinkle them with glitter.

- 2 big size potato peeled and even long finger cute
- 1 cup Oil
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 cup of ice water
- 2 tbsp peri peri powder
