Nothing says congrats on your Emmy nod like a full page ad in the Hollywood Reporter. Legend Diana Ross took out the ad to congratulate her daughter Tracee Ellis Ross on receiving her first Emmy nomination for the role of Dr. Rainbow Johnson in the ABC sitcom Black-ish. That has to be like the cutest thing ever!

Tracee Ellis Ross is the first female to be nominated for “Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series” since Phylicia Rashad for The Cosby Show in 1986. 30 years! And if she takes home the Emmy, she will be the second Black women to win this award behind Isabel Stanford from the Jeffersons.

Congrats to Tracee on the nomination and we can’t wait to see if she walks away with the win.
