Live and Let It Happen

One day I cry, another I sing

In this life, we live in an eternal return
One happy day, another not so much
One day, the laughter, the other the weeping
But that is the point, the enchantment:
Live and let it happen
Let it be what it has to be

If everything was just happiness
Maybe life would be boring
You have to taste the pain and the longing
To understand that everything passes
And again wait for the blessed happiness

In this eternal return
Between jubilation and disorder
I surrender and learn:
One day I’m happy, another not so much
One day I cry, another I sing.
