This Spring, in the spirit of the learning journey at NYU Shanghai’s New Bund Campus, The Creative Classroom is collaborating with NYUSH ViewFinder Club, and Community Engaged Learning (CEL) office to launch a photo competition where students can showcase creative learning environments that are transformative to their learning experiences.

Photo-contest Theme: Creative Learning Spaces

What does creative learning spaces mean to you? What do they look like? What makes them different from other spaces? What do people do in creative learning spaces? Who can we find in creative learning spaces? What might they be doing there? What are the opportunities offered by creative learning spaces? How can they help transform learners’ mindsets?

We welcome works that feature learning spaces in and out of campus spaces. It could be an inspiring corner of our campus, or a quiet and peaceful walk in the park that sparked curiosity in you. Whatever space you choose, we hope that you would highlight how the spaces inspire and motivate you in your learning journeys through moments that are captivating!

Who can participate?

The competition is open to all students across the NYU Global Network. Whether you are a beginner who loves to document lived experiences with your mobile phone, or an amateur/professional photographer with great passion for photography, you are invited to enter today and share your reflections, adventures, and perspectives!
