Activities & Costs Reflection

Examining the activities and costs was pretty natural for our team. We found that we all had the same sensibilities and needs for work life balance. Yuan and Krystel carried most of the load during this phase because I took a week off to visit family during the holiday. Vacation?Yes, we allow each other to take time off and come back refreshed.

We examined costs together and determined what aspects were better left to outsource. We also determined that to achieve an MVP we also had to consider our potential salaries. We feel that we should all be equal and our participation should be based on passion for what we are creating, for now that is. We always leave room for re-evaluation.

Although Adam and I were not present during the presentation and as actively involved in the preparation of the slide deck. We were getting a head start on the next phase of our product journey which is the UX. We look forward to gathering everything we’ve learned up to this point to direct it towards a knock out Final Pitch and product demo.
