Creative Founder: Lessons Learned Half Way

Last week we did an interesting team feedback exercise. We each had to write down what we thought of each other on post it notes and talk about our strengths and weaknesses.

I learned that I need to:

• Communicate more effectively
• Set goals for the team
• Ask for help
• Be more involved
• Address conflict
• Be the trouble maker
• Push the team
• Divide and conquer
• Prepare better for presentations
• Make decisions
• Make things happen
