Deciding on Class Norms

On September 12th, 2019, all of the class members of Creative Founder 2019 had a session to collaborate on deciding class policies as well as to define group norms. At first, it seemed like no one knew what to do and where to even start; however, as certain topics about the class norms popped up in the conversation, each and every one of the classmates pitched ideas how the class might ideally look like. It was a very fruitful conversation to build community bonds among class members and a great day to experience the democratic vibe of the class.
