Figuring out Costs

This week we went through the tasks of identifying what costs we have to account for. This brought us through a moment of realization. By going through the exercise, the business has become real in our minds. It’s really amazing how projects come into focus when you begin to put real-life constraints on them. Here’s our current cost hypothesis:
