Reflection: Activities and Costs

The algowork team started with a free listing of all our costs. We discovered that most of the things that we had on the wall were things we don’t need to pay for and it’s something we can do on our own. I thought this was a great way to get an idea what all of the costs could be.

Activities

The activities we came up with were a combination of what we would do as a team and what are the interactions we would have with our partners and customers. I learned that it is really important that the team has alignment on the roles that can change and more importantly what will keep our product running. We can adapt to any situation if these things are in order.

Next steps

For next steps we are working on the demo and having our story and product down solid so we can move forward to build the pitch deck.
