Reflection post about a week [Acquisition experiment part I & alum panel]
What was it like to launch a landing page?
The landing page is very good for the products we promote, it can greatly improve our return on investment, it can review a product, provide highly relevant information to our customers, let our customers no longer think about whether the product you promote is what they need, and make them decide to buy it. On the user side, our Landing pages live up to our expectations, but on the restaurant side, they don’t live up to our expectations at all, probably because we spend more time on our clients’ Landing pages and our users’ MVP ideas.
What did it feel like to work towards acquisition?
Aquisition can be very effective at letting us see a lot of new business opportunities. From this stage, I really felt the difficulty of starting a business, because in addition to technical research and development of products, more important is how to get new customers. We made two Landing pages and spread them through email and poster, but we felt that these two methods could not reach too many people.
How confident are you in your team’s work so far?
I am confident that our product is in great demand and needs to be used every day. So what we need is to let more people see the advantages of our products. The hard part is that we exist in an existing market, and to break out of what people are doing with other apps, we need to make a more unique product and promote it, and we’re doing more research to see how we can break out of businesses.
What did you learn from the previous creative founders?
In this class, I know better what I should learn. What theoretical knowledge is insufficient, we should study and study hard. And more contact with society and understand society. Most importantly, I learned how to work as a team for a long time, how to really use everyone’s strengths and cooperate.
