What is the most important thing to fix in your startup?

After our team’s discussion, we agree that the most important things need to be fixed 1. Create a prototype to show businesses 2. Refine value proposition language for businesses 3. Email businesses with clear value prop + prototype

Therefore our direction is focused on looking for business partners to see if anyone of them are interested in collaboration. We have to make the idea of our product more concrete, tangible, and desirable to build the win-win relationship. However, from the partners perspective, what are they looking for? Why do they need us? If we want them to put ads on our website, for this moment it is very hard because they are not philanthropists, they need a huge number of customers to see their ads, but our website is not online so far, so we don’t have steady high click rate. In the business world, collaborating is more important than helping. We chase win-win relationship. They can provide us ads and money, what can we bring to them? Is our ads position valuable? But the direction is right. Building the sense of presence is still important.
