Weekly reflection to Following Pitch Day

Finally, it is time for preparing pitching. Even though our product are still on revising process, I believe we will be there by pitch day. :)

As a CTO, I am mainly focus on how to convince investor that we are confident to get certain technique to run the app .

That means I need to figure out all the techniques for running this APP. After the conversation that we had with Kate, I need to find a easy way for user to use the app. Tracking the screen datas by uploading screenshoot is still extra work for user to do, especially for kids to do. At this point, I guess we need to use some Virtual Private Network(VPN) tech to track the datas. It has been started used by few data tracking company. I think the technique is developed enough for us to apply into our app.

Besides tracking data, how to get our family events different from what they search from goole is also one of the our biggest headache currently because it is the reason that drive them to buy our product. For that headache, I am still doing some research on that. I think we will figure it out before friday.

Besides all those tech issue, I am revising the storyboard because it is kind of sketchy. I will try to use illustrator to simplify the shape of the character and make it more graphic and lovely.

Once I finished the storyboard, I will use them to make the stop motion demo video, which will be uploaded into our website.
