I am Nina Lacher, a certified Life and Positive Psychology Coach. Born and raised in Germany, I now reside on the picturesque island of Mallorca, Spain. I offer coaching services in both German and English, ensuring I can connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. I specialize in empowering individuals through transformational mindset and positive psychology strategies to help them elevate their thinking and achieve success. Additionally, I leverage over two decades of marketing and business expertise to enhance their personal brand, marketing, and overall business achievements.

What was the unique idea that led to the creation of your brand — Lafeliz Coaching? What set your journey in the niche of life coaching apart?

When I got certified, I felt educated on the topic of coaching, but with my background in marketing myself as a model and founding and building my online brand, OGNX, I had the skills to grow my business so effectively and fast.

Coaching is an art & so is selling.

The more I coached, the more I understood how challenging it often was for my clients to get visible and position themselves as experts. If you have never had to market yourself or your personal brand, it can feel scary and overwhelming. Especially when we look into the story of my clients, it can be highly emotional. Owning who you are is essential when showing up from your expert self.

I call this transformational personal branding, as this is the turning point for my clients, allowing them to overcome their second thoughts about becoming visible.

The same is true for making time for your business.

I often work with my clients on time management and focusing on the right things in their business — the money-making activities. So, I decided to help newer coaches and creatives cut through the messiness of the beginning stages of their business (I call them the 0–30k earnings club).

According to industry insights, new coaches often need 3–5 years to achieve financial stability and success in their coaching businesses. And 80% of certified coaches never earn over 20k per year.

My process is not a one-size-fits-all approach but one that integrates my clients’ strengths and values.

Every client is different, and so is every business. Women often want to market and sell in integrity with themselves and how they want to do business.

I teach feminine selling, which can be a highly effective, non-pressured way of making sales aligned with my client’s values and not less effective than the usual “bro business” or persuasive marketing techniques.

Positive Psychology is a very effective tool for improving one’s ability to direct one’s thinking. I call this emotional mastery, which has helped my clients act from a CEO mindset and not be tied up in limiting beliefs about money and what is possible for them and their businesses.

I provide personalized 1:1 support and coaching, primarily through my Mastermind, which offers an intimate group coaching experience. Additionally, I co-host The Body, Mind & Heart Coach Certification in German with Dr. Alexandra Kleiner twice a year.

We have already moved into July of 2024! We would love to know your thoughts regarding your business expansion for the rest of this year. Enlighten us with your vision.

I am focusing on my Mastermind, which is starting again in October, and my Coaching Certification, which I am also offering. I work with a few selected 1:1 clients, and my aim is to create parts of my Mastermind as a self-learning course so more coaches can benefit from consuming the content.

I have been thinking of creating a podcast ever since, so I also lean into that. But I also love to enjoy my life; I spend a lot of time in nature, and I call myself a high-achieving hedonist, so I make time to spend with my family, horses, and dogs. I feel very grateful for living in such a beautiful place, and as much as I am passionate about coaching & business, I also love to dedicate time to just being. And enjoying life. Because all we have is NOW.

What advice would you give someone looking forward to establishing a solid foundation as a life coach in terms of personal ascension and client growth?

You have to own who you are. You never really start a 0, although it often feels like this when growing your business. A business setup needs to work for you, not against you, and it can be simple yet effective.

When starting out, you will wear many hats, being your own social media manager, graphic designer, content creator, coach, salesman/ woman, business strategist, and tech support. So, even if it feels like a financial stretch, hiring the right business coach will help you cut through the noise of the online space and make things not only easier but also save you lots of time on trial and error and, therefore, time and money.

I have developed a program that I wish I had when I started out. This program is designed for busy entrepreneurs who are determined to succeed in their business. We focus on the strategic aspects of the business, creating a personal brand that truly reflects you, honing your messaging and copywriting skills, which are crucial, and mastering the art of offer creation, marketing, and sales. We also emphasize the importance of making money with intention and fun. After all, if it’s not enjoyable, why do it?
