Whenever I am scared, I start reciting Allahu laaa ilaaha illaa huwal haiyul qai-yoom…

And the fear vanishes, because I am saying: Allah! There is no god ˹worthy of worship˺ except Him, the Ever-Living, All-Sustaining…

The Ever-Living is sustaining me and all around of me. How could something bad happen to me without His permission?

These words are from the most important ayah of the Quran, Ayatul Kursi, The Verse of the Throne. All Muslims know it, have memorised it, recite it daily as part of the adhkar (daily remembrance), or at minimum have heard of it.

Its powers trascend the worlds, and my soul has experienced them first-hand. I want now to dive deep into understanding its meaning and context. Because of its length, importance and power, I am dedicating to only this ayah a complete Quran Study session.
