Believing Men and Believing Women Stand Equal Before Allah
Exploring Surah Al-Ahzab — The Combined Forces, Ayah 35
Ayah 35 of Surah Al-Ahzab is a widely recognized verse, often recited for its beautiful message. I’ve listened to many recordings of it, and each time, it brings a strong sense of peace.
A feeling that comes from its clear depiction of equally devoted men and women receiving equal rewards from Allah.
This portrayal of equality truly inspires me. It makes me want to explore the specific qualities mentioned in this verse — the virtues that lead to such great rewards.
I am documenting my journey of studying the Quran in a series of stories.
First and foremost for myself, and then for anyone who would like to read about the Quran from the perspective of a fresh reader, who holds no qualifications or titles to explain it to anyone. But just loves the book of the truth and wants to get closer to Allah through understanding it better.
