Exploring Surah Ar-Rahman — The Most Merciful, Ayat 1–13

Surah Ar-Rahman holds a special significance within the Quran, often referred to as “the beauty of the Quran.”

Its verses resonate with a powerful reminder of Allah’s countless gifts to humanity and the universe. The question repeated 31 times, “Which of the favours of your Lord would you deny?” serves as a timely refrain, prompting deep reflection on the blessings we often take for granted.

In this study, I’m particularly excited to explore into its rhythmic verses and contemplate the numerous signs of His grace.

I am documenting my journey of studying the Quran in a series of stories.

First and foremost for myself, and then for anyone who would like to read about the Quran from the perspective of a fresh reader, who holds no qualifications or titles to explain it to anyone. But just loves the book of the truth and wants to get closer to Allah through understanding it better.
