Not knowing where a loved one is can be gut-wrenching. It is a mystery that stays with family members until their dying day. The search for a missing person can continue for years without getting answers. It isn't a nightmare anyone should be stuck in, but sadly people find themselves in this situation every year.

Khoi Vu

Khoi Vu was a 25-year-old man who lived in Clark County, Washington, with his parents, sister, and brother-in-law. He was mentally disabled, deaf, and unable to speak. He had the mental capacity of an average 10-year-old. While Khoi had limited skills in American Sign Language, he preferred to communicate with people through written notes and hand gestures.

Khoi was an outgoing young man who loved to make new friends. He would introduce himself to new people by writing his name on paper and handing it to them. Khoi was not shy about approaching new people and conversing with them.

Furthermore, Khoi was a young man who remained active. He enjoyed playing basketball and video games. Khoi also loved to go to his local Albertson's grocery store.
