Trying to break into the music business is no easy task. It takes hard work and perseverance. Sometimes the stars start to align and dreams begin to come true until it all gets taken away from you.
Michael Allen
Michael Allen was a 32-year-old rapper and MC from New Orleans, Louisiana just starting to see his dreams become a reality. He had a career as a rapper working under the name VL Mike. It was a music career he was hoping to see flourish.
Michael got his big break when he was taken on as a member of the Chopper City Boyz. While working with the group Michael and the team released their debut album. Unfortunately, the relationship did not last long.
Michael had a falling out with the group’s leader known as B.G. and decided to part ways with the Chopper City Boyz. Michael decided with a bit of success under his belt it was time to strike it out on his own and start a solo career.
B.G. went on the record as saying that the disagreement between him and Michael was minor and ended peacefully. However, it does not appear that Michael felt the same way. He went on to record what is known as “diss record” against B.G. in an attempt to make him look bad among his peers and fans.
