Background
Jamie was born on March 7th, 1988. Jamie’s father was extremely abusive towards his mother. When Jamie’s mother was pregnant with Jamie his father kicked his mother in the stomach so hard there was a visible scar under Jamie’s eye when he was born.
Eventually, Jamie’s mom left his biological father for a man named Jeff. Unfortunately, this man was abusive too. He didn’t want Jamie or his brother to live with them. He just wanted to be with their mom.
During one incident Jeff, Jamie’s mom, and Jamie were in a car. Jamie was in a car seat throwing a tantrum. Jeff couldn’t take it so he turned around opened the car door and pushed Jamie still strapped to his car seat out of the moving vehicle.
There were no visible injuries on Jamie so the couple decided not to take him to the hospital. However, when Jamie was older, doctors found that he suffered minor brain damage from the incident.
