More people are working remotely than ever before. In the U.S., the remote workforce is growing 10 times faster than any other category — 115% since 2005. With benefits for both workers and employers, it’s no surprise that flexible work models are on the rise. But it’s not always easy to find legitimate work-from-home jobs, or reliable remote workers. That’s where Crossover can help.

What does Crossover do?

Crossover is on a mission to redefine the workplace by connecting the best talent around the world with full-time remote jobs. We also provide businesses with remote management solutions and advanced team performance analytics through WorkSmart, our workforce productivity platform.

Talent isn’t determined by geography, so Crossover hires from every corner of the globe, with more than 2,500 partners working in 100+ different countries. As a Crossover partner, you have the flexibility to work from anywhere, including regional co-working spaces, with some of the most talented and motivated professionals in your area of expertise.

But Crossover’s hiring process isn’t your average job application. Instead of relying only on a resume to represent your experience, you have the opportunity to showcase your abilities and preview the job you’re applying for through interactive skills tests.

Coming soon: Crossover in Kiev

Applying online isn’t the only way to explore your career options with Crossover. Our in-person and online hiring tournaments feature competitive challenges that test your job-related skills. Real-time scoring and friendly competition with other top professionals make for a fun and challenging experience that only takes a fraction of the time of traditional hiring processes. Participants who advance through all the tournament levels are eligible for a remote job offer.

On November 18, Crossover is bringing its international hiring tour to Kiev, Ukraine, to hire remote .NET, Java, and Ruby on Rails chief architects for U.S. software companies.

The hiring tournament follows a Payoneer Forum, to be held on November 16 in Kiev. Crossover’s country manager for Turkey, Sinan Ata, will be among the featured speakers, giving the audience a chance to learn more about the company’s innovations in hiring and remote team management. He will be available to answer questions.
