The goal of the Virtual Panorama of Entrepreneurship and Career Development is to inform young people about current and future trends and opportunities in the labour market, to inspire them with success stories and to help them find the career path that suits them best.

In the context of the 2nd Virtual Panorama of Entrepreneurship and Career Development, on Thursday, October 7, 2021, Crowdpolicy organised 2 talk sessions.

During the 1st session, the Visa SEE Innovation Program was presented, a collaboration between Visa and Crowdpolicy, which is expanding and growing successfully.

The Visa Innovation Program provides startups (preliminary phase, implementation phase and investment cycle A) with an accelerated program to test, validate, co-create and make available innovative products in collaboration with Visa and its global network of partners, thus significantly reducing the process steps required for a product to reach the market. The Visa Innovation Program was first launched in 2018 and has attracted more than 300 candidate companies to date, while 30 of them have reached the stage of Proof of Concept, pilot testing and market access actions, utilising the customer-centric approach and design thinking methodology.

Expanding to the region of South East Europe, the program is accessible to a broader fintech community and offers participating banks, non-bank financial institutions and merchants access to state-of-the-art innovative solutions proposed by local fintechs. At the same time, it provides startups with first-hand know-how, access to reliable technological resources and guidance for the implementation of paid pilot projects with the partners of the Program.
