📌📌 Crowdpolicy participated in 85th TIF HELEXPO in Thessaloniki!

Visa Innovation Program — #TIF2021 #ΔΕΘ2021 #helexpo

During the weekend of 10–12 September, the Crowdpolicy team visited the beautiful city of Thessaloniki to participate in the opening days of TIF HELEXPO.
After a long time, we had the chance to meet in person some of our partners, clients and friends. More specifically, in booth 7 and together with HDB (Hellenic Development Bank), we participated in various talks, meetings and presentations, all aiming towards digital transformation and the kickstarting of the Greek economy ecosystem.

We met Greece’s most promising Startups (in the booth of Elevate Greece) and we discussed ways that we can work together for the 4th cohort of Visa Innovation Program next year. We got over 10 ‘soft yeses’, and we are looking forward to bringing them to the program next year!

“The Visa Innovation Program SEE is a fintech pilot-centered collaboration platform spanning across Southeast Europe. The Program is designed to help fintechs scale, supercharge their value proposition and engage with some of the leading financial institutions in Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey.

We met with past and current VIP participants, some of them for the first time in person, got their feedback on the VIP and discussed what we can do to help them even more, as part of our alumni companies.

• We met and discussed with representatives from all systemic banks in Greece, and had creative conversations for next steps and meetings for POCs and needs.

• We met with our partners at OSE (Hellenic Railways Organization), where we announced the 1st innovation marathon for the Digital Transformation of OSE, the Future Greek Rail Hackathon, with many prizes — you can learn more about it here. Payment flows and transactions will be included in the segments of the action.
